Victoria L. Stubbs, EA

Victoria Stubbs founded MHR Consulting in 2005, and leads MHR Consulting’s Tucson operations. She is an IRS Enrolled Agent, a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, a certified bookkeeper and a qualified teacher of best bookkeeping practices for businesses and individuals. Before launching MHR Consulting, Vickie worked for 23 years in a Fortune 500 Company as operations manager, internal auditor, and corporate trainer. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management.

A Native Tucsonan, Vickie is an avid Wildcat basketball fan. She volunteers with the Southern Arizona chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society; serves as treasurer for the Society for Ecological Restoration International’s Southwest Chapter, and with her husband is a volunteer with the Collings Foundation’s Wings of Freedom Tour. Vickie enjoys gardening, bird watching, reading, beading, and desert habitat restoration.

Pamela S. Keffer, EA

Pamela Keffer joined MHR Consulting in 2011 as partner and heads the firm’s operations in Southern California. She is an IRS Enrolled Agent, Certified Accounting Paraprofessional, and Certified Payroll Specialist. Pamela is also a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor in both Desktop and Online.

Pam previously worked for accounting giant, Arthur Andersen at its World Headquarters in Chicago. She later joined PLATINUM technology during its startup and is proud to have contributed to building a multi-billion dollar software company before its merger with Fortune 500 Company Computer Associates. Pam continued to work for CA as Director and Vice President before signing with MHR.

Pam married her college sweetheart and together they enjoy Southern California paradise and raising their two wonderful kids. Pam volunteers for a San Diego youth soccer club managing teams and finances and she serves as Troop Treasurer with Girl Scouts of America.
